Default What do you think of this build?

Yesterday I went in bone palace to do some vanquishing with pugs from guru.
One guy told me my build s**** a** for HM. so what you think?

[skill]spiteful spirit[/skill][skill]enfeebling blood[/skill][skill]Necrosis[/skill][skill]signet of lost souls[/skill][skill]sunspear rebirth signet[/skill][skill]well of darkness[/skill][skill]parasitic bond[/skill][skill]glyph of lesser energy[/skill]

Some things the pugs told me:
"drop glyph, you're a necro" < ? so what i still only have 50 energy. thoughts?
"go MM" < imo MM in HM is a lost cause. minions die so fast they aint even acting as a meat shield, and whenever there is a necro in the mob you're facing, he steals every corpse.

PB isn't a cover hex, more a fast hex for necrosis, and a quick heal to put on dying foes (i like to put some skills that help monk henchies to handle pressure a bit better)
sometimes I replace PB with reckless haste for more missed attacks from mobs and has an aoe hex for necrosis.

What is your advice fellow necros?

PS: doh, time to create the icons for sunspear & alliance skills

that guy was a moron... Ive sucessfully gotten canthan guardian with using only one build. (it was NOT MM, and used some of the same skills you use.)

SS and Enfeebling Blood alone are enough to make any necro build decent in HM. i seriously LOVE Enfeebling Blood in HM, it makes those hard hitting melee enemies hit you like they're wielding a wet noodle. I dont think i need to comment on the power of SS.

I would have left the group right when the moron made the Glyph comment. i mean seriously if the guy wasnt smart enough to see that its used for e-managment (and good managment at that) then he prolly has no idea what hes doing.

In most cases i agree with you about having a MM in HM. Minions cant survive long enough to do any dmg or even help block for your team. I only bring a MM on rare occasions and when i do i ALWAYS make my hero do it and bring along Jagged Bones.

So all in all, there is nothing wrong with your build. Personally id feel very comfortable with your skills in my group. Nowadays PuGs are so degenerate that i dont even mess with them, my heros dont bitch or act Eliteist and they get the job done better than half the people looking for pugs anyway.

I use the above build except I have Reckless instead of IP. Don't listen to PuG's they don't know what they are talking about. MM in hard mode is a waste, the minions don't do much damage and are killed in a matter of seconds.

For hard mode I would go with the SS build or try a build with [skill]Spoil Victor[/skill].

SoLS AND Glyph is overkill, 50 energy is a lot and you're a necro, you have soul reaping.

I prefer barbs (if I have 3+ melee chars) over parasitic, I don't think you really need cover hexes in PvE, but if I were to bring a cover it would be suffering since it's got some nice aoe.
